Day 5 in Boquete, Panama

7:30 am-

We went down stairs to get a latte before our coffee tour. Still my favorite latte.

8:00 am-

We were picked up at our hotel by a small bus and headed to the coffee plantation.

8:30 am-

We arrived at the plantation and started where the coffee trees grow. We learned all of the stages of coffee beans. It's amazing how much work goes into to each bean. At the end of the tour we got to try three flavors of coffee and coffee tea, which I have never heard of. The tea was so different from what I expected. Actually kind of good.

10:30 am-

We headed back to the hotel, and let the kids have a  "siesta" (nap). They were exhausted from getting up early.

1:30 pm-

We left for a hike on Tres Cascadas (Three Waterfalls). We only made it to the first waterfall. The trail was very steep for the kids and a little too intense. The waterfall was beautiful. I still prefer the pipeline trail way better.

5:00 pm-

We came back to the hotel and hand washed some clothes and hung up to dry.

6:30 pm-

We went to Sabroso for dinner, it was cafeteria style. The food was good. Not the best we have had but we all ate. We finished dinner with tres leches for dessert.

8:00 pm-

We came back to the hotel and finished washing clothes and had an early night. We were all exhausted.
