Day 1 in Panama City

3:30 am-

The kids did great waking up to get ready and leave for the airport. They were all excited and couldn't wait to on the plane.

5:00 am-

We arrived at the airport and headed to TSA. I have to brag on the kids, they all cooperated and we learned the hard way children don't have to remove their shoes to go through security. We had a little breakfast and waited for boarding. Once we boarded the plane we had to have someone help us swap seats because the girls were placed by them selves and didn't want them flying alone. They had us swapped in no time. Thanks Copa Airlines.

7:02 am-

Right before the plane took off Brandt grabbed my hand and said "Mom, the plane better not go up". Haha. He did great when it took off. The kids slept most of the way and then woke up when they passed out breakfast. They didn't care for the pancakes very much but they tried to eat them any ways.

11:00 am-

Landing was Cali's favorite part. We then grabbed our carry on and headed to immigration. We had a minor hiccup because we didn't have to address to our place we were staying. It would have been easy if we had phone service or wifi but neither would work. So it took us about 30 minutes of trying before we got through immigration. If ever traveling abroad always have you destination address wrote down.

12:45 pm-

Our AirB&B lady met us at the airport to bring us to the house we are staying at for the night. She then brought us around the condo location to show us how to get a taxi and where a few food places are. The kids were starving so we just grabbed Popeyes. Wouldn't have been my first choice but we made them happy.

5:00 pm-

We took an Uber to Casco Veijo to explore and grab some dinner. We were able to find a perfect little place that had some amazing fajitas. The kids didn't care for it much but they managed. After dinner we found this ice cream shop and the kids loved that (with their mini cups and mini spoons).

7:30 pm-

We took an Uber back to our place and we are calling it a night. The poor kids are exhausted and need a good nights rest. Big day tomorrow, taking a trip on the Panama railway.

Will post again tomorrow. I hope you enjoy. I will post pictures as soon as I get wifi.
